Ten million Americans have signed up for insurance at a massive multi-billion cost for the exchange system and subsidies for 80% of the enrollees. Another thirty million Americans have not or will not sign up for insurance. This is about where the numbers were a decade ago before we launched the Affordable Care Act.
Meanwhile health care spending grew 5.3 percent in 2014, reaching $3.0 trillion or $9,523 per person.
I fail to see the progress or what we accomplished with this massive spending other than a revenue injection to the health care field.
