More changes are apparently ahead after a difficult year for the Massachusetts Health Connector. The 2014 breakdown of the state’s web site snagged the transition from the state’s prior universal health insurance law to the requirements of the federal Affordable Care Act, Hundreds of thousands of Massachusetts residents were temporary forced onto Medicaid coverage.
