Appeals court ruling on invalidity of Obamacare subsidies set aside today

Today the U.S. Court of Appeals in Washington DC set aside its previous ruling by a three member court about the invalidity of health insurance subsidies and rescheduled the hearing before the full court on December 17, after the election. It appears that the court may be trying to avoid conflict with another appeals court and possibly avoid an appeal to the U.S. Supreme Court.
